A man accused of making threats to employees at a Mississippi courthouse was arrested outside Atlanta Monday.
According to the Associated Press, 47-year-old Bernard Sylvester Hird Jr. of Georgia allegedly called the Tishomingo County Courthouse Oct. 4 threatening a “Las Vegas-style shooting.”
Hird, served with a warrant for cyberstalking/email threats, waived extradition from Clayton County, Georgia, to Tishomingo County Monday.
