A Mississippi financial planner accused of being a serial rapist was charged with rape for a third time, Wednesday, a New Orleans TV station reported Thursday.

William McDonough, 46, who operates a financial planning firm in Natchez, Mississippi, but also has an apartment in New Orleans, was already being held without bond when a fourth woman came forward alleging he had raped her, the Orleans Parish district attorney’s office told WWL-TV.

McDonough’s new charges include second-degree rape and violating a protective order. The latest rape charge dates to February 2013.

He has previously been charged with attacking three other women dating back to 2014.

He currently faces three counts of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree kidnapping, one count of second-degree battery and violating a court’s protective order barring contact with one of his accusers.

In total he’s charged with:

• Raping a woman in February 2013
• Kidnapping a woman in May 2014.
• Raping a second woman in September 2016.
• Raping and battery of a third woman in February and March of this year.

He was originally released on bail after the first charges were levied, but his bail was revoked and ordered held with no bond earlier this month after another accuser came forward with additional charges.

His next court appearance will be July 10.
