A $1,000 reward is being offered for information on a hit-and-run wreck that killed a motorcyclist last month in north Mississippi.

Larry Holland, who leads DeSoto County Crime Stoppers , tells WREG-TV that Christopher Perry was traveling on Mississippi 178 near Red Banks when Perry was killed in a collision with a tractor trailer.

Holland says the truck driver pulled out in front of Perry’s motorcycle and the motorcycle hit the truck’s bumper on June 27. Holland says the truck driver stopped to see what had happened, then left without calling police.
