Body of 14-year-old Mississippi boy found lying in street

Police are investigating the shooting death of a Mississippi 14-year-old.
The boy’s body was found Wednesday morning in Southaven after police received a call about a person lying next to a car parked on a street, WREG-TV in Memphis reports.
Southaven Police are investigating the matter as a homicide, but not other information has been released.
It was not clear who the owner of the vehicle was. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
