Police have arrested three people and charged them with involvement in the murder of a 14-year-old Mississippi boy.

Southaven police have arrested Joshua Fletcher, 25, and Justin Williams, 30, charging each with burglary and capital murder, WREG-TV reports.

Ashley Lutts, 19, was also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, the TV station reported.

Police were called Wednesday after motorists reported a person lying on the ground. Upon investigation the person was discovered to be dead, presumably shot to death.

The 14-year-old boy has not yet bene publicly identified.
