Clearly, it wasn’t a proud moment for Cody Warner, listed only as a Mississippi resident, after he was arrested early Sunday morning in the Town of Fishkill, New York.

Police report Warner was spotted at 3:39 a.m. urinating on the side of a gas station, the Poughkeepsie Journal newspaper reported.

Fishkill has a population of approximately 2,100 people.

After police questioned Warner, he was found to be in possession of a loaded, .45-caliber pistol. He was arrested and charged with second-degree, criminal possession of a loaded gun. Apparently, officers let him go on, having to go.
