A Mississippi band will take the stage tonight in Houston, Texas, and open for a legendary rock ‘n’ roll group.

Bishop Gunn, a group from Natchez, will be the opening act for tonight’s Rolling Stones Houston show tonight as part of the Stones’ No Filter U.S. Tour.

The band Tweeted “Houston we have landed! See y’all this evening,” Saturday afternoon, prompting one fan to suggest the order of the performances was flipped around.

“So cool The Rolling Stones are closing out the Bishop Gunn show,” wrote Lamont2g.

Last week the Natchez Balloon Festival announced Bishop Gunn would headline this year’s music acts at the annual October event. They will perform on Oct. 19.
