The Mississippi high school student that was reported missing in Oxford has been found and is safe, police reported Tuesday evening.

Oxford Police and Oxford school officials became alarmed when the 16-year-old girl was initially seen on campus, Tuesday morning and then could not be located.

Oxford Police posted on social media, “Sarah Perry has been located and is safe. Thank you all for all the tips and shares!”
