The body of the third and smallest victim of what appears to be a tragic accident was located Wednesday floating in the Mississippi River, three days after a vehicle slid into the river and sank.

Tunica County Sheriff Calvin “KC” Hamp said a searcher in a helicopter spotted the body believed to be that of 2-year-old Cortez Moore was found near Dundee, Mississippi. Dundee is located approximately 25 miles down river from where the accident occurred.

Cortez and his older sister, 5-year-old Brenilah Moore, were occupants in a car driven by their parents friend, Symphony Wilson.

Wilson had dropped off the parents at the Fitz Casino in Tunica Sunday morning where they worked. As she was leaving, she apparently lost control of the vehicle and it rolled down into the Mississippi River.

Wilson was located inside the submerged vehicle Monday. Brenilah Moore was found on Tuesday.
