Police are investigating after a Mississippi woman called 911 to report she’d stabbed a man to death who broke into her house.

The incident occurred early Sunday morning in the north Mississippi city of Holly Springs.

Police say a woman called and reportedly she’d stabbed an home invader to death. The found the body of the man lying on the floor in her house.

Police say the investigation remains under investigation.
