Anthony’s wife Nova Magrette and his family kept vigil at the construction site until his body was identified, Newe Orleans news outlets reported. She told WVUE television that Anthony was not scheduled to work on Saturday, but was working overtime on the construction site when the collapse happened.

Anthony Magrette had four grown children and five granddaughters.
