Mississippi woman charged with murdering husband after domestic violence incident

A North Mississippi woman has been charged with the murder of her husband after a deadly domestic violence incident in DeSoto County.
Olive Branch resident Felicia Barden has been charged with the murder of Willie Barden, 55, after Willie Barden’s body was found inside a Center Hill Road residence near Center Hill Elementary School early Tuesday morning.
According to news sources, another man was also taken into custody, but information about that person was not released by the Desoto County Sheriff’s Office.
Neighbor Linda McClure told WREG television in Memphis that said she did her best to befriend the couple. She said deputies were called to the home once last year for an incident involving another family member.
