Engine trouble forces pilot to make emergency landing on Interstate in Mississippi

A Tennessee pilot made an emergency landing on a stretch of interstate in Mississippi overnight after experiencing engine failure.
Memphis area media report the pilot, Doug Woods of Collierville, Tennessee, walked away from the scene and to an ambulance for care.
Reportedly, Woods was flying from Tupelo, Mississippi, to Olive Branch, Mississippi, when engine trouble forced him to make an emergency landing on Interstate 22 near the Potts Camp community.
Woods reportedly was treated at a hospital and released.
