Law enforcement investigators in Yazoo County have charged a man with the murder of a man who had previously been reported missing, but they haven’t found the victim’s body yet.

The Yazoo County Herald reports that Tommy Lee White was arrested Monday and charged with the murder of Phillip Dunn, who had been reported missing since February 4.

White, 38, was being held in the Yazoo County Regional Correctional Facility with no bond Tuesday morning.

Investigators are being tight-lipped about the case, but the newspaper reported that police found Dunn’s vehicle abandoned on U.S. 49. Blood was reportedly found inside the vehicle.
