Police investigating after Mississippi toddler drowns in pool

Police are investigating the apparent drowning death of a toddler found unresponsive in a swimming pool.
Jackson police report the child was found unresponsive in a pool in the 4200 block of Larchmont Drive Tuesday morning.
The male child was transported to a local hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead at the hospital.
