It’s unclear whether Gray has a lawyer or whether a judge has considered bail.

Police say Gray shot Stacy Shane Rippy multiple times on Feb. 14. Rippy drove himself to a hospital in Calhoun City that night, where he died in the emergency room.

Investigators got tips that led them to Gray, and he was arrested with help from the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Houston Police Department, Williams said.
