Police on the Mississippi Gulf Coast are investigating after fishermen found a body floating in a pond Thursday afternoon.

D’Iberville police were called at approximately 2:30 p.m. Thursday to an address on Sangani Boulevard, WLOX-TV reported.

The coroner’s office is assisting in the investigation to identify the body and determine the cause of death.
