Mississippi releases county level coronavirus case data by race

The Mississippi State Department of Health has released county-level racial details on COVID-19 coronavirus cases across the state.
In total, approximately 56% of Mississippi’s coronavirus cases are black or African-American patients while 26% are white. The remaining 8% are listed as other.
Deaths from coronavirus show 66% are black patients, 34% white.
