Fly High Friday: Columbus Air Force Base conducting virtual air show in wake of pandemic

Columbus Air Force Base is flying into the homes of people across the country with a virtual air show Friday.
In a time when plane fans are restricted from gathering to see air shows like the annual Wings Over Columbus show, the 14th Flying Training Wing is posting videos of aerial acts and demonstrations that would have taken place at Wings Over Columbus.
The 2020 event was canceled due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.
Videos will be posted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and will be available for viewing on the Columbus Air Force Base’s Facebook page.
