Brown-Bully and her husband, Tyrone Bully, own Bully’s Restaurant. The restaurant won a James Beard America’s Classic award in 2016.

Brown-Bully is charged with murder but was released on $100,000 bond, according to the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office.

It wasn’t immediately clear Saturday whether she had a lawyer who could comment on the charge.
