Three people were arrested and charged with a number of crimes following a disturbance outside a downtown Vicksburg, Mississippi, bar at approximately 1 a.m. Sunday. Part of the shooting was
captured on video.

When officers arrived on the scene they learned that a fight had just taken place inside the bar that led to shots being fired outside on Washington Street. A concerned citizen provided video that showed a portion of the shooting.
