A winning ticket worth $2 million was sold in Mississippi.
The winning numbers were 1-5-9-10-23 and the Megaball was 22. The Megaplier was 2X
The winning ticket had five numbers matching, making it worth $1 million, but with the Megaplier, the ticket has a value of $2 million.
“We are thrilled to announce our first multi-million-dollar lottery winner in Mississippi in just a little over four months since Mega Millions sales began,” said Mississippi Lottery Corporation (MLC) President Tom Shaheen.
The ticket worth $2 million was sold in Gautier, Mississippi, and is the biggest lottery winner sold in the state since the lottery began.
