Georgia mom, twin 10-month-old sons found dead in submerged car

A Georgia mother and her twin, 10-month-old boys were found dead inside their car, submerged in a pond last week.
Richmond County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they responded to the scene after someone fishing in the pond spotted the car Friday afternoon and called the police.
When crews removed the vehicle, they found the bodies inside.
The mother was identified at Shaquia Philpot, 25, of Hephzibah, Georgia, and the boys were Caysen and Cassius Williams.
The bodies were sent for autopsies try to figure out how the three ended up in the pond.
