A man and woman have been charged with felony child neglect after the woman’s 5-year-old daughter drowned in a swimming pool at a Mississippi campground.

Pelahatchie police have arrested Sky Frith, 24, of Lake Providence, Louisiana, and her boyfriend, Antron King, 21. Both are charged with felony child neglect.

The incident occurred Thursday afternoon at the Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Pelahatchie.

The victim was identified at Angel Frith, 5.

Police say the two adults left Angel at the swimming pool while they went to their vehicle. The girl was found at the bottom of the pool, police said.
