Three bank robbery suspects arrested after high-speed chase

Police arrested three bank robbery suspects Tuesday morning after the suspects led police on a high-speed chase across two counties before crashing.

Police arrested a man and two women who are accused of robbing the Bank of Franklin location in McComb, early Tuesday morning. Identities of the suspects were not immediately released.

McComb police said two suspects robbed a bank employee, taking personal items and counterfeit money the employee gave them. The third suspect was reportedly the getaway driver.

Police spotted the suspects in a grey Honda Accord bearing Texas license plates and began pursuit, chasing the car into Brookhaven where the suspects’ car crashed at an off-ramp on Interstate 55 North.
