Utility worker headed home after storm cleanup killed on Mississippi highway

A utility worker who had been working to help restore power on the Gulf Coast after recent storm damage was killed Wednesday when his vehicle struck an 18-wheeler.
WKRG-TV reports the man was identified as Darrell Holt, 37, from Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
Holt reportedly worked for R&M Pole Line Construction and was driving in a convoy of other power trucks when he struck the 18-wheeler.
The accident happened on Mississippi Highway 45 in Macon, Mississippi.
