A Mississippi teen has been arrested in the drive-by shooting of a 2-year-old.

Jackson police arrested Cortavious Kendrick in the Oct. 28 shooting on Marwood Drive in Jackson.

Kendrick has been charged with aggravated assault.

Police say the toddler was playing outside when shots were fired from a dark-colored vehicle.
