Saturday is going to be a good shopping, driving, and celebrating day. We’ll have sunny skies for most of the state until this evening. Northern Mississippi could have an isolated shower Saturday morning, but nothing like what’s coming Christmas Eve.

Temperatures certainly won’t feel like Christmas, and the only white Christmas will be the sand along the beaches. If anything needs to be done outside, it needs to be done on Saturday and Saturday evening before plenty of rainfall moves in Sunday.

North Mississippi

Central Mississippi

Sunny with a high of 70. Mostly cloudy overnight with a low of 49.

South Mississippi

Sunny with a high of 71. Mostly cloudy Saturday night with a low of 52.

Gulf Coast

Mostly sunny with a high of 72. Increasing clouds in the evening with a slight chance of a shower overnight. Low of 57.
