Mississippi Skies: Warmer weather Sunday, but it won’t last long

Published 8:39 pm Saturday, December 30, 2023

Sunday will be a little warmer during the day, but it’s still going to be cold for outdoor activities this evening.

We’ll reach into the 60s across most of the state with upper 50s in northern counties. Sunday night will range from the 20s to the 40s across the Magnolia State.

It’s looking like midweek will be quite rainy with some cold temperatures. We’ll see what happens with the forecast models over the next day or two to find out if anything interesting could be falling from the skies.
