Officials: 1 dead, up to 12 injured in mass shooting at Mississippi nightclub

One person was killed, and several people were injured at a Mississippi nightclub just after midnight Sunday.
WCBI News in Columbus reports on Facebook that the mass shooting that injured up to 12 people occurred at Club Oasis in Clay County.
Officials with the West Point Police Department and Clay County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting.
West Point Police Chief Avery Cook confirmed the fatality and said that he believes that between 9 and 12 people were injured in the shooting.
