A Mississippi woman is facing a list of enhanced drug sale and child abuse charges due to the location and the fact a child was present.

Kristy Walker, 40, of Corinth, was arrested Tuesday on two Capias Warrants from a 2023 Prentiss County Grand Jury. The warrants were for two counts of sale of a controlled substance enhanced within 1500 feet of a church and two counts of child abuse – allowing a child to be present at a drug sale.

North Miss. Narcotics Agent Grady Smith presented the case to the grand jury.
