Man arrested, reportedly assaults Mississippi officers. Deputy suffers broken bone after traffic stop turns violent.

A man is accused of assaulting a Mississippi deputy and police officer during a traffic stop Sunday.
James Gunn was arrested and charged with simple assault on a police officer in the line of duty after her reportedly got out of his car during a traffic stop and started fighting with a Calhoun County deputy and Vardaman police officer.
WTVA in Tupelo reports that the deputy stopped Gunn Sunday night and that the Vardaman police officer came to assist.
Gunn was reportedly driving a vehicle with a large hole in his windshield.
During the stop, Gunn reportedly jumped out of his vehicle and started fighting,
The Vardama police officer suffered a broken bone, and the deputy was treated for minor cuts and bruises in the incident,
