Mississippi man charged with sexual battery of a child under 14

An elderly Mississippi man was arrested for sexual battery against a child under 14 years old.
According to the Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department, Warren Earl Calbaugh, 73, of County Road 1401 in Prentiss County, was arrested Friday for multiple Capias Warrants by a Prentiss County Grand Jury.
His charges are three counts of Sexual Battery of a Child under the age of 14 and two counts of Fondling. His bond was set at $100,000.00.
Wanda Gaye Calbaugh, 68, also of County Road 1401, was arrested Friday for a Capias Warrant of Contributing to the Delinquency or Neglect of a Child for Physical / Sexual Abuse. Her bond was set at $10,000.00.
A third resident, Darian Lee Calbaugh, 49, was arrested Monday for a Capias Warrant of Contributing to the Delinquency or Neglect of a Child for Physical / Sexual Abuse. His bond was set at $10,000.00.
Investigator Torie Jumper presented the case to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.
