The underage son of Mississippi’s Speaker of the House and a quarterback at the University of Southern Mississippi found himself in trouble with Florida police Monday night during a spring break trip.

“This Spring Breaker got a notice to appear for underage possession of alcohol at 5:45 on the beach yesterday but apparently didn’t learn a lesson,” the Okaloosa County, Fla., sheriff’s department posted on Facebook. “He was caught again 30 minutes later in the pool area of the Villages of Crystal Beach so that means taking a ride to jail!”

According to WAPT, 19-year-old John Hubbard White of Madison was identified as the spring breaker.
