Sunny, windy weather will continue Thursday with pleasant temperatures during the day and cool temperatures at night. We’ll dip into the 30s across most of the northern half of the state.

Models are showing we should have similar weather through Saturday, getting warmer every day. By Sunday, we’ll have some clouds and humidity moving in.

Models are showing some soggy weather next week. Right now, forecast models are agreeing we’ll have several rounds of rain and storms between Sunday night or Monday through Wednesday. It looks like we’ll also have the chance for some strong storms at times. We’ll know much more in a day or two.

North Mississippi

Central Mississippi

Sunny and windy with a high of 66. Overnight, clear with a low of 38.

South Mississippi

Sunny with a high of 70. Wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour. Clear overnight with a low of 42.

Gulf Coast

Sunny and breezy with a high of 75. Clear overnight with a low of 45.
