A Mississippi fisherman and his crew rescued four passengers after a plane landed in the Mississippi Sound.

WLOX in Biloxi reported how Kyle Johnson with Coastal Waters Outfitters came upon the plane with his crew and how their charter fishing trip suddenly turned into a rescue mission.

The crew was headed to the Chandeleur islands when they saw the plane land in the water. The island is approximately 25 miles off the Mississippi coast, with no cellphone service.
