A Mississippi man with a history of exposing himself in public has been arrested a third time on the same charge.

Tupelo Police have arrested Derek Kimble, 30, of Tupelo, and charged him with indecent exposure, third offense.

On Monday, Tupelo Police responded to a call of a man exposing himself.

The call came from the Robins Street area. According to Tupelo Police, when officers arrived, a short chase happened between officers and 30-year-old Derek Kimble.

A Tupelo judge ordered Kimble to be held on a $50,000 bond.

The case will be presented to a Lee County Grand Jury.
