New US Catfish Trail features 16 Mississippi restaurants. Is your favorite one of them?

Sixteen Mississippi restaurants are featured in the newly created US Catfish Trail.
The trail, which was created by the US Catfish Institute, includes eight states in the Southeastern United States.
“This is where local flavor and local flair come together to create truly authentic and unique experiences,” the US Catfish website says about the map that pinpoints where to find some of the most delicious catfish creations in the nation.
The website says, “From Texas to Georgia, Tennessee down to Louisiana—these restaurants serve U.S. Catfish the way it was meant to be enjoyed.”
In Mississippi, the 16 restaurants that made the list are the following:
