The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a Mississippi man who has been missing since Monday evening.

The alert was issued on behalf of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Thirty-one-year-old Darnell Deontae Griffith was last seen Monday, June 3, at about 10 p.m. in the 2900 block of Hwy. 184 in Franklin County, driving in an unknown direction.

Griffith is described as a black male, with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6-feet tall and weighing 230 pounds.

He is believed to be driving a white 2023 Toyota Camry with Mississippi tag number FNA 258.

Family members say Griffith suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. If seen, call FCSO at 601-384-2323 or 9-1-1.
