Mississippi man arrested, accused of stealing from construction site

A Mississippi man has been arrested concerning the theft of tools and fuel tanks at a contradiction site.
Tupelo Police arrested Russell Reich, 37, and charged him with grand larceny.
The theft happened on or shortly before May 28 at a construction site near Plant Road.
Reich is accused of stealing tools and fuel tanks, police announced.
