Mississippi restaurant manager arrested on child exploitation charges

A Mississippi restaurant manager is behind bars after being accused of communicating inappropriately with a child via text messages.
Officials with the Attala County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Alejandro Hernandez. He has been charged with two counts of child exploitation.
The manager of Bel Piatto in Kosciusko, Hernandez, was arrested Wednesday morning after a month-long investigation.
Officials started the investigation after a woman came forward and accused Hernandez of communicating inappropriately with her child via text messages.
Hernandez was detained at the Leake County Correctional Facility awaiting a bond hearing.
The investigation is ongoing.
