Mississippi authorities are looking for suspects after a stolen trailer detached from the back of a moving truck and then collided with a church.

WJTV in Jackson reports that Capitol Police received a report at approximately 5:30 a.m. Friday about the trailer being stolen from a business on Commerce Drive.

When officers arrived at the scene, the driver of the truck fled the scene and the trailer became detached and then collided with a church on Lorenz Boulevard.

The church reportedly suffered minor damage in the collision.

Officials say the driver was last seen driving a white truck with no truck bed.
