Mississippi woman killed, three others injured in rollover interstate crash

A Mississippi woman was killed, and three others were injured in a rollover crash on the interstate.
On Sunday, March 17, at approximately 3:41 a.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Interstate 55 in Panola County.
A 2024 Hyundai Kona driven by 31-year-old Amber Baker of Batesville, was traveling south on Interstate 55 when it left the roadway and rolled over several times.
Baker received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.
The three passengers of the Hyundai, 36-year-old Kimberly James, 9-year-old Damarion James, 12-year-old Kimaria Green all of Batesville, received moderate injuries from the crash and were transported to a hospital.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
