An 18-wheeler driver walked away from what looked to be a horrifying accident Sunday after his truck careened off an I-55 overpass in Jackson.

WLBT-TV reported the truck driver climbed out of a broken window of the truck and was talking at the scene.

The driver reported he was from Brookhaven and lost control of the tractor-trailer in a curve.

The accident occurred on I-55 South at Waterworks Curve, WLBT reported.
